Town on the Up?

Well, Well, Well...... One cannot but not notice all the maintainance on the go around the town, back roads being cleaned up , grass being watered everywhere...... streets being sweeped..... a new dawn perhaps?  Some put this down to the impending "Knob" visit next week, the board arrives .... so are all the stops being pulled out....? I think not, I fear this is more a case of the mine taking over the reigns of the town..... once again..... I see the abandoned creche opposite the BANK (FNB) is eventually having all the dead wood removed.....

I also wonder about the proclamation that according to politicians will be happening in March..... how will this work? Who owns what? Who pays for what? It has already been proven that without DeBeers, the town will not financially sustain itself...... this will get interesting.......
