Sources in the Local fishing industry reckon that a 1,5m shark was hauled out of the Orange River yesterday...... I also believe that more than 400 Cob were caught on Sunday down at the Beach........

Don't go swimming in the river.....

Sharks found  in  rivers , nothing new invariably  the water for a few Kms from  any river mouth up has enough salinity to  allow them to  move  go upstream .. My Brother Peter  has a holiday home at  oysterbeds  Witsand  mouth of the breede river  and sharks have been found  as far  up as Malgas ...  ... scary stuff ,, what about crocs  being found in the sea  ??
