Well, today saw the annual OPS Interhouse Athletics Kick off, with much fanfare and noise..... 07h30 this morning , I was moving the sprayer in the garden in 6th ave, and I could hear the kids singing all the way over at the Cricket field,  I have been caught up at work this morning and was unable to go and take a few snaps, so whoever has some pics, please post the,

Much to my utter sadness.... I do believe Rhodes are winning.....

I enquired today from an education official as to why Rhodes are dominating these events, winning both the Big brag and the the Athletics...... reckons that Rhodes is the only house who still has committed teachers that keep the kids motivated and rearing to go at practices .... whereas the other houses tend to see the whole affair as a tick on the list and let the kids go home early.........

What a surprise.  I can't believe the teams are still, Rhodes, Barnato and Oppenheimer after all these years.  How I wish I could be there to re -live all of my Happy childhood years.

Well then Rhodes must have had the committed teachers back in the 1960's as well. 'Cos they won everything except the swimming back then as well.

Yeah! Strange how back then in the day all the teachers who had kids in the school... were all in Rhodes also......
