Hi everyone!! numberone
I would like to share mostly with the "bit younger" group, no offence to the rest. I was a student at OPS in the years 1990 to 1997 and have had a few teachers along the way that I can remember and want the other "bit younger" group to think back and say Oh I remember him/her. In grade 1my teacher was Mrs James and she use to hit my nuckles with a wooden spoon when my homework wasn't done. Really cant remember my grade 2 or 3 teacher image031. Grade 4 I was taught by Mrs Muller (Helgard Muller's mom) it was nice cause the title read grade 4 MA. Grade 5 I was taught by Mr Profit and he was really nice especially when he brought his guitar with and we would sing with him or do plays with him, grade 5 PA. Grade 6 I was taught by Mr East and he was nice and strict at the same time but I sure did learn a lot from him. Grade 7 I was taught by Mrs Freylinck and she sure as hell was a lot of fun I sure did enjoy being in her class. Other teachers that I can remember is Mr Robinson the PE teacher, Mrs Hall my maths teacher, Mrs Berg Afrikaans, Mr Woods, Mr Ferreira.

If anyone out there can join in and give more names please feel free to add and if you have pics of our class pics tell us and we could ask the admins to add them for us!! sorriso2

WOW now thats amazing!! woo_hoo I bet those students enjoy her as much as I did. Would really like to see old class photos of those years and rugby photos. I think I lost mine while moving.

Hi Juno, U got smacked with a wooden spoon , how about being hit with the edge of a ruler , not the flat side , over your knuckles until they bled by Mrs Castle ( mother of Phillip and Peter ) . She was our Sums ( Math ) teacher in Sub A ( Grade 1 ) and heluva strict , maybe thats why I always got a first class pass till the end of my school days at Settlers High , Bellville.
