Latest Milestone in Oranjemund!

"News from the Dutch Reformed Church in Oranjemund

Our Church is 50 years old this year.

The Dedication Festival will take place on the weekend of 8 - 10
October 2010.

We want to thank God for His never ending Love and Grace of over the past 50
years.


The Church wants to invite all previous Dutch Reform members to contact us
on
the mentioned e-mail addresses.

The Church is planning a programme for the whole weekend that starts on
Friday evening with a Concert in the Little Theatre. 

On Saturday Morning we are going to walk the Bible Mile for Bible
distribution in Oranjemund. 

Saturday Afternoon we are planning a Gospel Gig where the whole town
will be welcome to join us. 

Saturday evening we are going to have our formal dinner where we invited
members of our church to be guest speakers.  Anybody that knows anything
about our church or has been here over the past 50 years, is welcome to
contact us. 

Sunday 10 October we shall have a church assembly where we shall unveil the
Foundation Stone.

See that there were quite a few people attending the various events this past weekend....


On  a side note, it is sad when people think that it is their right to judge others by their actions, I am sure there will be more to this tale....
