Here is a quick tale that occurred this morning, A certain tall engineering type went down the the Sands Complex (The Shebeen Complex at the hostel for you old timers) and without consultation, instructed the contractors to cut all the illegal cables running from the kiosk to the shebeens, I am led to believe that an urgent meeting was convened between all parties and a temporary solution was agreed apon.

It was pointed out to me, that the workers coming off the mine this afternoon, would not take to kindly to be greeted by warm beer and defrosted meeting and industrial action might have occurred,

It may be illegal connections , but it would have been wiser to consult first.....

Perhaps those power meters that are on back order for the minestore could do   a test run at the Sands first.....
