American Ambassador visits Mine

The American Ambassador visited Oranjemund yesterday. Seem's she was really impressed with the size of the town and was amazed to see that one company built and owned it..... The recovery and sea wall proved to be a hit also, with plenty of diamonds  on display..... heard of a 50 carat plus stone coming from the boats....

The group then headed up to Luderitz to visit the Ebay mine...

Nice to see that we still do mine tours even if it is just for the knob types....
