Kid's in the park and the Term just started...

Was astonished to find three kids in the 5th avenue park this morning..... eldest about 7 with the other two around 5.... On enquiring from them, why are they not at school, seeing that the new term had just started today, I received a shrug of the shoulders and told that they live in a room....
