I wonder if Acacia erioloba (Camel Thorne Trees) will grow in Oranjemund? Is there a ban on transporting braai wood that I don't know about? You won't find a splinter in Oranjemund. Sad thing......sad.
Beer without braai is a sin, and charcoal is not wood.  image031 36_1_72 image031

The main wood merchant in town.... Flip the Woodpecker was let down badly by his supplier.... Flip supplied Spar, Savannah and private homes with the flame making  material...and know the town is suffering a severe shortage of wood.... One cannot source from across the border due to permit issues and trying to find other suppliers north of us if not as easy as it seems.... the minimum order that Spar has found so far is for 30 Tons and still needs to be packed over.... we do not have storage space for this either.... Jacques is heading north this weekend and is hoping to secure us another offer.....
