The people are still tying to recover from the recent floods , and now they had a devastating fire , fanned by high winds , that burned 76 houses and ruined another 30 or so . Bad part of it was that looters showed up and robbed whatever they could

News stated that the residents had there house protected by wetting the thatched roofs with water but as soon as the fire dep connected there hoses the residents water pressure dropped and they could no longer wet there roofs
