Evictions Begin!

Sources in the political world have informed me that a number of private folk have received notices to vacate the accommodation that they are renting from the mine. Some of these folk offer services on behalf of the Government, ie. State Clinic Nurse. As far as I am aware they pay their rentals, but it seems that the company now needs to accommodate their own employees.....

Sad thing is, there are a number of unserviced empty houses that are being laid to waste by the elements, here is my 2 cents idea....

Why not advertise the houses to private folk on a 5 year lease and let them "maintain" the buildings at their private cost, adhering to the mines standards... The folk should then be charged a small levy for rates...

This will serve dual purpose, by removing potential eyesore buildings,  providing accommodation and allowing the town to grow....
