Eugene ,,  worked  with him at 3 plant ,, have debt of gratitude  to him ...  I was  in a very dark and bad space  and in serious  emotional trouble .. He said one day , " we are going  for a  drive "  drove me to  the end of 3 plant jetty  and  said " whatever is going on I am not interested in , what  I am interested in is seeing  you  survive this ,, If  you dont have the will  to survive this  crisis  then jump off this jetty now , If  you can look  deep inside yourself and see hope  then  climb back into this  bakkie now and as we drive back  start leaving  some  of the clouds that are  overwhelming you . I hate to see  a life  being wasted and its time you realised you are worth something  "   Without saying  it directly he had a good sense for  where  I was  - his shock treatment  got me to start healing myself .. We became firm friends ,,  RIP  Eugene ..
