Phoney Proclamation!

Here we go again, politicians and their promises..... this town was meant to be proclaimed last year September , then they said no...it will be April 2008... then we were told ...No ...ok...it will now be September 2008.....only to be once again told.....April 2009...... We cannot buy or invest in property in this town until proclamation occurs.,... meanwhile people are leaving.......

I spoke to someone in Whk with some insight on the whole proclamation thing - according to this person it will take a couple of years to have the land proclaimed.  You are not going to buy property anytime soon.
