HELP WITH PHOTO?

I have a scanned photo of Oranjemunders who took part in a play in pdf format and can only open it with Acrobat.  Cant edit, etc.  How can I change it to a "picture" to post it? 
Or can I send the file to one of our boffs to post?

I have not done it so far, but am interested to do it. I will explain if it worked

Done it before ... pressed  PrtSc button that  dumps the entire screen into  clipboard .. then I pasted  into document  and  use document picture tools  to crop away screen, got size right ..  then copy  and paste into  paint  and save as  jpeg ... a bit laborious but it worked ...

There is also a program on the net called NitroPDF... it allows one to export a PDf to a word doc or even just rip the pics from a pdf doc...

Thanx guys, will play around and try your suggestions.  I sent the file to Georg Snr to check as well.
