Junior School Festive Prize-Giving!

It is always an entertaining event to attend school functions these days and last nights Junior Prize Giving was no exception. The kid's performed a Xmas concert to a packed school hall.... some great piano playing and awesome voices..... followed by an impromptu prize giving presentation..... the whole event came to a comical conclusion with the arrival or should we say gatecrashing of the event by a "certain" Western Province supporting Father Xmas dressed in the semi traditional colours of a Lions supporter....

It was once again rewarding, albeit nostalgic to see long serving teacher , Dawn Watt guide proceedings for the evening....

As I mentioned earlier, this school is indeed the cement of this little community of ours, where the words, "Many hands from many lands", ..... echo ...oh!  So true.......
