Rib marinade

Rib marinade

Preparation time: 30 mins +
Cooking time: 20 mins


Ingredients

2 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 red chillies, finely chopped

Method

Combine all the ingredients and whisk well.
Pour over the ribs and allow to marinade for at least 30 mins and up to 3/4 hours before braai-ing.
You could also stick the ribs in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
Makes enough marinade for 2kg ribs.

Mmm cant eat pork  rib ,,, one thing I seem to be sensitive  to  is straight  Pork , roasted  etc ,,  thats in the  uncured version  .  love  pork sausies ( gotta do moderation there ) ...  and bacon  and gammon .. surprisiingly I can eat  the  cured meats like bacon and gammon ...
Marinade sounds good   but  rich ,,,
To see  sometimes  requires that you  first believe .
