185 Carat Diamond

The share price of Gem Diamonds moved up 9% today after the Group reported that it had found a 185 carat rough white diamond at the Letšeng mine in Lesotho.

It said this was the second of two large, top quality white diamonds to be recovered from the Letaeng mine in recent weeks following the 196 carat white diamond which was recovered on 24 August.

The share price jumped 18.75p to 224.5p
