old slides ex Germany

I recently found old slides in boxes amongst other family things , I suppose it is ex Germany 1940 - 1945 . I know it has nothing to do with Oranjemund , but I will appreciate it very much if some one is able to help me to Identify the place / town etc  . I did not know that slides were available those years , let alone colour .
The slides are mounted in tinplate frames with the wording "Filmosto  Germany " embossed on the side.

Hennie  .. looking at  the slides  ,  the  time  frame   and  the colour  tinge   indicates that  these slides were in all likelyhood  a typical part of the  photographic  artistry of  the time ..  all that was available was black and white but  there was a thriving industry   around  trying to add colour to  photos and slides ,,  i have seen pictures  over the years with the same  painstkingly done  addition of colour ,,  pity was the darker  shades could never  be propely coloured in ,, note  the black  coats  on the  women ..   the artistry could not make what the   black and white  saw lighter ,,  I have seen picture of folk with vivid yellow hair etc  ,,, all an interesting look   at what happened .. I have pics of my Mom   two comparisons ,, one  in real life  the  next  carefully "  at the time airbrushed  "  by my  uncle   Sandy  Laughlin  an avid  photographer  ,,  hell what a difference   he made ,  not a   sinlge line visible on her  face  ,,,  so yes   a very interesting contribution  to the  artistry of the past   ...

Now it makes sense , the red colour must have been artificially added
I first thought it is because of age .

Hennie ,,  thanks for  the  reply ..  I recall in the 70's  when TV  sets that were  easily affordable were  maily black and white ,, and there was this  " device " that was sold  that was supposed to  add  " lifelike colour "  to the boring B & W ,,   it was a screen tat one  hung over the TV screen  .. it gave a sort of rainbowey efect  sure there was colour  but nothing really matched ...  in fact if  one was stoned while watching it wouod have had   a mind benign result     ..anyhow  back to the pics  .. observe the  blocks  of colour .. the  sky artfully done  in the blue .. then the rest filled in  with the neutral pinkish shade  to add life  ..... in those times  it was  an acceptable compromise  which gave the picture some life , a more  skilled or concerned artist would ahve  broken it  into more blocks  of tinge ...
