Is that the 1st bridge or the 2nd?

We went to Port Jolly this fine Saturday morning in Omund, whilst crossing the single lane bridge, gazing down at the dry riverbed, I wondered to myself, who was keeping tabs on the structural integrity of this fine, but old bridge.......

just a thought.....

According to recent activity the bridge was inspected and nessesary repairs "face lift" done I do understand that the 3 pillars on the South African side never reached bedrock or solid ground, you will see a larger cement blocks supporting the road deck if you look from side, how much fact this is I don't know
