N$ 25 000 More For Lights!

A source informs me that the mine has allocated an additional N$25 000 (R25 000) for more Xmas lights this year....

This is indeed great news for our little town and shows that the company is still supporting the town.....

Dang... so that's where the overtime budget has gone to... social responsibility.

I wonder how many will get taken out this year by merry revellers in there "sporty" cars?
Ooh... forgot... the 68 coppers will be doing the streets this year, so there's no way in Christmas that anyone could be that reckless to take out a lamp post with a fancy festive light on it!

See that the cherrypicker was out and about today,  Yahoooooo! The Xmas lights are being put up!
