Bowling Bedrock in The Rain!

What a pleasant evening was to be had by all at the Bowling Club last night.

Local Band, Bedrock jammed the evening away, Dan the Man Shout made a guest appearance.

The ladies from the riding Club did a roaring trade selling Prego rolls straight off the braaifire outside....

The rain came down and it was awesome...... creating a cosy atmosphere inside the club...

I left early, being the responsible kind of chap I am.... but doing a quick head count, I was astonished to reach 80 pax.

I knew that there were still a number of folk en route to the function.....

Talking on the shop floor to a young Afrikaans lady this morning, she informed me that their group left after some time after two....

WoW! what a great evening, how nice it was to see folk from all walks of life supporting our local band and charities...

Money was raised for local Animal Welfare!
