Private Folk Are Buying their houses, eventually!

Well the banks have their valuators in town for the last four days to assist in the approving of house loans for private folk. SOme private folk have already paid cash for their houses and are now awaiting the arrival of deed of sales.

Namdeb employees are still awaiting their fate as the union continues to drag the affair further down the road.

Already heard of folk that want to sell up in Swakop and move here, due to cheaper property and location.

Interesting times that I never thought I would see in my lifetime...

 A lot has changed and I believe that somewhere in the region of 660 houses have been sold to inhabitants.
