I'm going on holiday

 e180   The Autovilla is packed with all the goodies.  The "what to and what not to" list have been drilled into the kids ears (they are not going with on this trip - they each had theirs, thus my purse is very sparcely lined), and I am just making the last few preparations.  Tomorrow morning when the sun rises at 5am, I will be having my second mug of tea on the road.

On our way to the west coast from Port Nolloth all the way to Hondeklipbaai.  We plan to be at Groenriviermond on new years day.  (Weenie an me would so have liked if we were able to take the horses with to make day trips on the beach where ever we might be for the day, but the men.........  Well, so we will just take a good hike somewhere every day.  We don't have the aprons on this trip, we are just tagging along for the enjoyment.)

Thus:  enjoy the rest of your holiday season, make the most of it, be safe, be happy, be geatfull and have faith.
May 2008 be the year where we all fall in love all over again: with our own spouses, with our kids, with our parents - should we be so lucky to still have them and if not, may we remember them with love -, with our friends and with ourselves.  May we find peace in our hearts about all the things that may bother us.  May we build new relationships, meet new best friends, reach all the dreams and heights we are ment to reach.  May we laugh and cry about stuff that make us happy and sad.  May we open our eyes to all oppertunities that are placed before us and use them for the good.  May we be thankfull for everything that come over our paths, even if it may be hardship or sorrow, for it is ment to be. 

May we realize again that we are all held by the hand God and the He leads the way for us.

Love to all of you and your families.  Talk to you all again in the new year and can't wait for the reunion.
