Sauerkraut in SA , amazing. Well you people think that is what we eat all time He he he

Ok , call us Krauts, but remember to polish eat more Kraut then us. I like that in winter with potatoe dumplings, gulash or other meat and gravy. Heavy stuff only good in winter.

I made a noodle salad, with mais, karrots, peas, pickled cucumber hacked in small pieces, tomatoes, redish, boiled eggs, grilled Nürnberger saussages.

Filled up to the top now........burb  banjo

Georg ... flatulence ?? the balsamic vinegar helps break down the proteins that cause it .. apart from the zing it adds .. I buy imported saurkraut in the  glass jar aus deutschland ...  I know that its not all you folk eat , but yes its a nice accompinent to a meal ..  My one friend  from east germany , she was reounting a story where she ate this polish dish with saurkraut cooked into it .. she  nearly got ill ..  too rich ..  she made a stunning potato dish the one night ..  potato  layered with kraut  onions and smoked sausage  and herbs ...  Mmmm ..
