@ Georg i have the hot / cold and fatigue .. a sure sign of the viral attack .. normally my system very good with early warning signs  .. I normally get the  cold finger running up and down the spine  days before  .. this time taken by surprise ..  can i blame it on too many late nights in the free bar dulling my senses ?? anyhow when i get this  spine feeling i start taking action . herbal muti ect . and yes most times come out intact .. a bit of discomfort .. for me i resent being cooped up at home .. when i had pneumonia 2 years ago i nearly slit my wrists after 4 days at home .. so proceeded to do half days as I have always done when not well ..to me there  is nothing  that gives me more incentive to  live than getting up each morning and civilising myself  bath   .. face the real world   ... I just keep out of the way of others so as not to spread germs ... no good mouldering at home ..  uugh!

Ha flu schmoooo ... I felt grotty yesterday.... had 6 oranges and a med lemon and was in bed before 9 last night... up early this morning(not as early as Michele though) and feel like a million bucks today........

Me popped  in .. finally made my port negus wine .. sipping it as I  write .. and yes Michelle the bar counter damaged by those  highly impractical 6+ inch  nail point sharp heels that  Diana was wearing ..  we wont  even mention the barstool that she broke as  she fell .. ( oops I too have had my moments .. hows falling off  a dance stage at one of the snakepits .. we wont  do anymore mention here )  getting better  snorfels  and hacking gone but still feeling as weak as a  runt kitten ..   

once again these smileys are slowing things down ...  duck  here comes Dianas botle she threatened to throw through the screen  ..  ME  Next !!

Had a sesion of Acupunture after work this evening - 2 needles in each hand; 2 in my right shin and one in the left - And now I jsut feel like dancing  and maybe having a drink or two
