I find it very grounding , believe in food cooked with love , it has a different energy .. when one cooks in a hurry  or when tired it usualy  tastes flat .. I f me  tired or feeling indifferent  then  i flee  home and go to a  restaurant instead ..  Mmnmm this  stew is  delicious .. scooping  gravy up with fresh Foccacia rolls ..  closest  feeling to dumplings ..

Hi there every one, sorry to hear you,ve been sick Sandy.Me also was rushed to hospital on Sunday the 8th,any way to cut a long story short

Pneumonia!!! Am Back home after 3 days in hospital. Never had anything like this before, I was just feeling rough a week before,but boy it really has

taken it out of me,but I,ll get there in the end. :emot78:

Pam  get well soon .. yes  pneumonia its a bugger .. I had it two  years  ago   ..   did not  know what was  going on as I just wasnt feeling well  and did  the  " oh well it  will  get better  tomorrow "  did this  for two  weeks  +   till I was  just about at deaths door ..   doctor  gave me  absolute hell   for  trying  to  be  a  tough  fool .. ..  well the  whole  episode  .. lost about  8 kg cos the  medication   did not agree  with me  so had no  appetite  . and  had   continious  communication  with  Kate  Moss  via the  big  white  telephone ...   but had to  take  the  tabs   and  persist ..  and  was  weak  for about a month till got  weight  back   .. take it  easy
