Ok, I will give away one recipe (including the ingredient that Mike S reccomends)

Herbal wine for energy:

250ml  lusern leaves
250ml  pepperment leaves
125ml  rosemary leaves
25ml Honey
25ml Lemon juice
250ml Red wine (of own choice)

Method:  Add all the leaves to 1 litres of boiling water.  Leave for 1 hour then pour through thin mouslin cloth.  Add honey and lemon juice.  Cool in fridge.  Add mix to red wine on a base to own taste.

Perhaps you should start bottling the stuff and ask Bertie to start prescribing it for all of us - then we'd have a valid reason to be drinking red wine all day - for energy!

If you start drinking this stuff for energy, I will have to give you the recipe for "Versterkwyn" for Mike  -  that's to treat him for the shock.    The descripiton for it actually says :  this remedy is very good for people recovering from shock or illness.  Just to calm him down a little  -  it also contains red wine!

What a good marketing idea you have there.

Hand out a glass of the energy wine at the door for each customer as soon as they enter and.........

they will spend and shop and buy till they drop!            

Hand out the "Versterkwyn" as they exit with all the purchases and........
