Shame, one of my admin girls got so hot today that she put my aircon on for a bit, I said noooo - it's so nice to feel warm for a change! I wish it was like this everyday, can't handle the cold, misty weather - makes me quite miserable!

For me  all the cheese they dump on regular pizza too rich for me .. drains energy and flares up sinus ..  If i go for  regular Pizza i always say easy on the cheeze and substitute with filiing instead ..

@ Michele - lack of sunshine has a habit of making us feel miserable; amazing how we always are much cheerier when the sun is warming our backs........

@ Sandy - too much cheese drives me mad as well; I think for me it's the saturated fats but for you it might be the dairy............

where is that Doctor Bertie when we need him  - maybe our new sniffer dog can find him!

Tis the  cooked cheese .. raw its still reasonably digestable .. cooked its structure changes .. and it becomes very indigestable .. i found this out when doing my cycling semi seriously .. they always  advised pasta the night before .. but if i touched lasagne which is a  cooked cheese nightmare  my legs would be like lead the next day ... so now i scrape it off and take it home for the dog ..

I have a new time limiter .. when my laptop battery runs down then its time to log off .. or else me stuck here .. so  the warning has popped up .. in goes charger .. log off .. turn on virus scan and update .. and off to bed ..    Gnight  all ...
