How was your trip to Malmesbury? It sounds as if there is another coldfront on its way to Cape Town, a bit chilly here but at least the sun was shining today.

Me  here .. just finshed a light supper ( still full from  luverly lunch )  My drive out into the country  was  totally enjoyable .. a total of sixteen of us on this jaunt .. first stop Malmesbury  and then a  hop  over to Riebeck Kasteel  ( very arty farty quaint town with rocketing property prices ) had luch there at a place called Bar Bar Black Sheep .. all kinds of nice dishes including marrow bones with toast as starter ... I had snoek fishcakes with masala mashed taters and lightly curried  baby onion ... bought some wines  and a botle of red Jerepigo .. savoouring some of it  now .. then we shot across to Mamre to see the organ at the Moravian mission ... it was so peaceful there ,, dont know  what it is about these moravian enclaves .. the same experience I had at Elim  Moravian village  .. this all pervading sense of peace ..   countryside all nice and green from the rains ... then the relaxed drive home ( at good  whack of speed  of course what are open roads for after all ?? ) my blue jewel cruising along  just supping fuel  . nice music playing ..  Cuddly Charlie my one passenger head back and lightly snoring .. ...  got home had  a light nap .. then popped into factory to see all going Ok and now locked meself in for the night ..

Going through the teenager of  our time again before posting the pic .. yes we were an attractive lot werent we  ?/    the glow of youth may have disapeared with time .. but i can guarantee the jerrygetpissedstuff will restore that glow at least for the night .. just dont look at the devastation in the mirror in the morning .. that wont be good ..
