Oats - Schmoats........blaaaauuu!!! is all I can say to that - I think I was over fed them as a little one; hot oats with cold milk and brown sugar - I wouldn't mind but my mom wouldn't touch the stuff - but I had to have a bowl before leaving the house.........surely there has to be something nicer but equally healthy that can be substituted.

I used to feed the oats to my horse, myself not fond of it, only if absolutly needed for stomach problems.

But i should eat more of it, ideal to reduce diabetes

I am a breakast man..... On sundays extended, in the week more moderate

Eggs, Bacon, fried Tomato, cold meats, cheese, fish, and finally crispy Brötchen with Jam

Unfortunatly the orange juice is banned ( Diabetes)
