4-5th Ave

Here are a few pix of 4-5th ave.  Note the floor, we stripped the carpets, sanded and add a few layers of varnish, we also changed all the light fittings as well as painted the rooms different colours.  We didnt want that Namdeb/Mine feeling about the house.
