Ja, you right Diana.  Alfred's always walking around with his camera, so for sure no one else can be blamed.

Yes, yes...quite athletic me.... in order of 1-4 , let me explain....

1) stoep sit ups...
2) power walking....

3)bench press...

4)swimming practice on dryland, the crawl....
