New Topics (Repeats)

I've asked this question in another topic but it has been ignored or overlooked. I realy would like to know why new topics of the same thing are started when things and photo's can be posted in the original one. I would have thought that it would make for easier reading and continuation of a subject to have it all together.eg; Cora's cafe, Affenruken.
