It's supposed to be only 19 degrees today, but I could have sworn I smelt a bit of east wind somewhere... I wonder if it's legal for me to braai in 19 degree weather, I have a major lus vir lamribbetjie on the coals... major major lus.....

Well, instead of lighting the braai fire with my flames I must have ignited the flu in Mike - he is now lying under a blanket on the couch with a mug of hot chocolate - so much for his braai!

I should be feeling all sympathetic and sorry for him but after reading some of his postings

Well as some of you know, I never braai'd yesterday as I was feeling a bit grotty, However, I have arisen this morning and feel like 1 million bucks, ready for work, just trying to find the right song to put my mood right, after playing Rem, ALberta Flack, Paul McCartney, Wings..... ROd Stewart did the trick for me.....So after work , i will be lighting up the wood...

it's not gout,,, it was one of those 23.67 hour flu jobs.... coz, i could still walk.... the gout thing was on friday morning, but a nice injection on Friday...put me in a nice place....
