Seen it so many times ..  the word .. well offensive . depends upon the angle on takes .. I dont use it ..  I get told I am racist when i am just trying to do my job .. or dont tell some employees what they want to hear .. sad thing is  although  we have an open  free  society racism is as entrenched  in legislation as it was before ..  so where does it all end ??

Mike Stenson sent me a PM stating tha "munt" is the slang word for black man. Thanks Mike. I didn't know.
So for a moment I thought I'm on the racist side. After checking the joke, I have this conclusion:
You guys ( the contacts I have to SA) are wriing about the racism toward the whites. You say it's the wrong skin color to have if you're looking for a job especialy in high places. So what's wrong with making fun of the point, that being black gives you a better chance being in high positions in the SAgovernment.

@Paula  Yes Paula. Mentioned it somewhere else too. You're also one of the people he's been insulting. I think he only insuls those getting more responce on this board. Grow up DD.

My last words on the issue:   It looks like this whole joke incident could have been avoided.  If the complainant (Kenny) simply sent a PM to the person who posted the joke (Georg), clarifying the complaint (like Mike S did), I'm sure Georg would have removed the joke himself without a problem.  It was not his intention to make racist remarks, and just like me, he didn't know what the post-fix to the words meant.  In stead, an attack was launched against Georg (and his Dad) which I still feel was inappropriate.  So, in future, if I should post something any of the members find is not suitable for the forum, simply send a PM, it's so easy!
