In an effort to streamline our costs on printing such as reducing the number of hard copies printed, and in pursuance of fast and effective communications to all stakeholders, you are all informed that as from now the Sperrgebiet Gazette publication will be sent out electronically on minewide.
A limited number of hard copies will still be printed and distributed on need-basis. For those who still want to print a hard-copy for themselves at your departments, it will be at your own (department) cost. You will therefore be wisely advised to do so on an absolute necessity as we are all aiming at reducing cost to the entire company. Thanks for your co-operation and hope that you appreciate this action to be for the common good of us all.
