Thank you all very much for your kind wishes! My day started with a chocolate cake and a lap dance (in no particular order) at the office , and ended with a pole dance on the website! It could not have been better.......As for the history lessons, both my main source of information for the time period reached chronologically (the late fifties), my Mom, and I, have been keeping the medical profession afloat, but hopefully I will be able to continue with the next "episode" shortly! It has struck me however, that many of the members on this site were around at the time, and it seems a bit weird that we might be considered historical relics................Do we continue, or do we change the name of the topic?
