Had such a super long long weekend....  splashed about in the river, did some ab-sailing, all other kind of activities like horse riding and outdoor volleyball.  Was just a great adventure all in all....

Here a few pics from the weekend....

and sure....  I did not get away un-injured !!!  Can you believe it....  sprained my toe and foot while playing a game of table tennis !  Typical Dalene....  had to do a super dive to get to the ball and ended up kicking into the table....  one of those super bangers where you do not know if you should cry, laugh or swear !!!!

You know what, Patricia.....  you are'nt the only one who has asked me that question.  A few of my friends have also hinted and suggested that I go for it...

Have a vote on it you guys.... should I or should I not ?  I can't make my mind up about it and think that maybe I am just a little to old to be entering into a competition like that....

Yes, I can admit that without feeling guilty or being 'windgat'  -  can't believe how the children today just go without excersise or any other activity other than drinking and jolling....

Sandy....  (lol)  -  must invite you with then to encourage me in the swimming section  -  ha ha  !   Yes, was quite an active weekend, but I love it like that !

Geez, did I tell you that those blokes have nealy completed a 210m ab-sail spot now and I can't wait to go there once it's finished  -  should be breathtakingly awsome to go down those cliffs !!!!

A thing that I have never done is hangliding  -  I still want to do that !  Who of you has done it?  Come on  -  tell  ......  please  ????

Haven't done hand-gliding (yet) but did do para-gliding when I went skiing. Took off on the skis, sailed through the blue skies free as a bird, and then landed on my skis. Absolutely amazing experience!
