I am not to sure if I am by the right person but the Speedy Gonzales that I knew always use to give me and my sister romantic colddrink. And he always wanted us to look "after" his baby rabbits, he would offer to swop them with a new baby when that one got old and ugly. He was friends with my parents Esther and Trevor Ray.

hahahahaha The only speedy Gonzales I remember was the one that use to braai pigeons on the braai and try and feed them to me and Virginie Soum for breakfast ....lol  After initially leaving Oranjemund in 1984 I returned with Virginie Soum in 1987, firstly to visit my dads grave and just to see what everyone was up to.  The Gonzales's were kind enough to put us up for a few nights but cannot say the pigeons were very enticing....  Alan and Raymond,  let me know if you want details of Andreas and Carl, would be happy to give them to you.

Talk about a blast from the past, well Raymond, I am here now, hope u see this.

Myself and the above brothers started to put a band together in 82/83, and jammed many times in the rec club, had huge fun altogether. School was the only thing standing in the path fantastic careers, and our parents of course...

Pierre carried on drumming and was involved with Johnny Clegg for many many years.
