@ Charmaine: can't help with an email address for Teresa Solmes but her mother, Sylvia (now West), can be contacted at P O Box 55, Rayton 1001, SA. Pretty sure she'd have an email or at least phone number for her.

Rayton, now there's a place I remember, i walked along the railway line through Rayton once, when I was an Appie at Cullinan...... Remember a country hotel in the area, with a band and a rip roaring party...... one of those movie scene type places, The Hotel California scenario...

I contacted Theresa's mother and she gave me a good update on Theresa.   She lives in Knysna and her husband builds swimming pools and has won a few prizes for his pools.  She has just returned from a holiday in Morocco and on her way home.   I will contact her tomorrow.  Tel 044 3821808 for those who would also like to get hold of her.

Maybe she will know the whereabouts of the others.
