Foofie slide structure!

Yep ! Georg is spot on, they were red things you sat in, the structure was black, like a mines headgear....situated on the corner of the "Old" rugby field.......

Hi,

Are you guys talking about the foofie slide / cable car structure ? I remember something like it being on the OPS  school grounds where they used to hold the CDM christmas tree every year. It was something like a +/- 10mr high structure with stairs leading up. The ride length was something like 80 meters long.

i did post this once before but for those who may not have seen it heres the foofie slide of the 60's....not sure exactly where it was only that it was a big hill .near the beach....well there was a lot of sand
