Blutwurst in Spar!

Spar now stocks Spek Blutwurst for those of you who like this type of meat......

I had to hunt high and low to find a supplier, we (My dad, Tom PArkhill, Gerald Hodgson and Myself were looking for it) , anyhow we actually wanted black pudding , but this was the closest we got to it, A german chap in Cape Town , called Udo that makes it..... But this is the German style with way way way, did I mention way, too much spek in it, So I gotta get the nerve up to ask this chap if he can make a batch without so much Spek, but we all know how sensitive these guys are to changing their recipe's .....

I only know the german way. The Scottish way looks like burnt hamburger Patties.
There's a German Delicatesan (sp) in Table View that has very good Blutwurst and other specialities. I always bought there for my father.

Just had some Blutwurst for breackfast with onion on bread. Lekkkkker!!!!

Eggs' Bacon' Black pudding (Scottish style) Mushrooms and fried bread not much good for the cholesterol intake, then washed down with a cup off Kenyan coffee.

Or you could have the same thing for lunch and washed down with a bottle of Kilkeeny draught.

You might even go as far as having the same concoction at dinner, and the drink of course Bundy Rum ........hic!!...................
