Hi guys,Viv Le Roux has passed away,his son is in Voorspoed,mining town.Jackie (Willson)Cloete.

I was a little surprised to see a note that Viv passed on - his Dad was Viv as well and I wonder if the reference is to Viv the son.  He is probably around 60 by now.  Very old.  Can you clarify?  Same era as Roy Mc Laughlan.

If I remember correctly, Shaun Le Roux was an electrician and his wife worked at FNB (Barclays) Bank, Shaun would be in his early forties by now. Jackie, I'm sure Noddy must remember him as Shaun spent some time in Town Electricn during his apprentiship.

Yes,Shaun worked with noddy in Kleinzee,he is now at Voorspoed,and Viv was Shauns dad.
