Spent many weekends in that pool my oldest son learnt to swim there...........................bloody shame on the authority's to let it get into such a state!!

Sources in the water can now confirm that there has indeed been a number of measurements being taken and a inspection around the walls of the swimming pool during the last 48 hours.....

Er.... don't forget the diving board.....

... and the broken manhole covers along 6th and 5th avenue and the one behind Spar....

Went for my morning splash in the town pool....... and was really impressed to see that the diving board is once again in action..... great stuff......... thanks to the men in black!

People connected with the aquatic entertainment industry also informed me, that the town pool would be closed for a month sometime in the future to implement urgent repairs.......
