Calling ALL X-Oranjemunders and obviously the existing guys too

Eventually a suitable event site has been found. This year's Oranjemunders Cape Town Bash 2010 will be held in true "BUNDU BASHING" style.

DATE:     Saturday   25 September 2010
TIME:     16:00 till Late
VENUE:   ZONNEKUS HOLIDAY RESORT;  Recreation Club
             MORNINGSTAR,  on the N7 to Malmesbury (Map is available)

Mark Little made a great suggestion. Why not obtain a venue where people can pitch tents in order to be able to sleep over when too intoxicated to drive home.

Hence ZONNEKUS HOLIDAY RESORT was found to be the perfect venue. They have a suitable Recreation Hall with catering available as well as challets and tent/caravan sites. Therefore, you can party untill you fall over and crawl home.

I suggest you arrive between 12:00 & 14:00 to pitch your tents and get ready for the Party which will begin at 16:00 and carry on untill late. This will give everone ample time to catch up on everything. Or seeing it is a long weekend, feel free to camp there for the weekend.

SUNDAY
Breakfast will be provided for those sleeping over on Sunday morning before booking out at 10:00.

So Sorry.  This is when you have too many events to organise.    The Oranjemund reunion is in September.  My Sprinbok Matric Class of 1980 is in August.

Oh great, it falls on a long weekend (24th being erfinis/heritage day).   With some luck and arm twisting  I can make it and then be with my daughter (Kleinmond/Bettiesbaai) on 28th, which is her birthday.
