Wow!

The first photo I have no memory of, I recognise Mrs Field but the other people I can't remember. What was the occasion?  Does anybody know?

The second photo I remember, we had great fun doing that show.  Marie had her 21st while in Oklahoma, so that made me 19, just before I got married for the first time.

I would love to see any old photo's of my mom and dad if anybody has any.  I know my dad would be thrilled to see them.

Thanks for the memories.

Carolyn

Les Head is still a paid up country member of the lodge, or at least he was about a year back, as he wrote us a letter complaining that he was no longer receiving any correspondences .....

The chap next to Keith Brooke on th epic is Norbert Gilbey, my dads neighbour in the early 70's at E5-1st ave...

A  WINO    CALL  IT  WHAT YOU  MAY ...

THE  " TRETCHIKOFF  LADY "    I USED  TO POINT  HER  OUT TO  MOM AND  SAY "  THAT'S  THE LADY  IN THE  PAINTING   "   ...   " SHH !  MOM  WOULD  SAY  DON'T  TALK ABOUT PEOPLE  LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME" ....  SCAN  IN  CLOSE  AND  THINK  BACK TO  THE ONE  TRETCHIKOFF   ..  A  KIND  OF DOPPELGANGER

Hi Sandy, nope, but when dad pops around 2morrow for a braai, you will have the rest of the names....

My dad was telling me a story about your old man yesterday, how he was from the southside of Glasgow and knew how to look after himself, he reckoned your dad would walk around with a bolt in his pocket, a very useful weapon that any streetwise Glaswegian would know how to use if a fight should ever come his way....
