Just a question,
Is there some sort of anti animal cruelty organization or group in Oranjemund?

Why I ask there is a dog in my area he barks all day, he used to bark all night "after a heavy verbal late night visit with the owner" he doesn't bark at night any more. I think the poor dog is riddled with flees maybe ticks too? he's looking for love and attention.

How do I go about helping this animal owner and animal

Sadly  so the only thing to do  is take out the  " owner "  people that  neglect animals have no place on this earth ,,then find  a new  someone to love and care for the poor thing ,,,  the attached  has a saying about  how  humanity's moral progress is judged ,, I will add  to that  caring for  the  young and the elderly ...

I have found a home for the barking dog, he came to fetch him and walked all the way to 12th ave must be the first time he gone for a walk
