Private Company to Mine the Dumps?

Somebody was mumbling to me today that there might be a chance that the mine might be allowing private companies to rework the mine dumps!

Has anyone else heard anything?

Won't put my had on a block about it... That's what B&E were doing in MA1 prior to the big withdrawal at the beginning of the recession. Wouldn't be surprised if they get it again... half their equipment is still here at PCC outside the brickyard.
Also saw an advertisement out for tenders to tram the material to the plant.
It's all about where N$ can be saved.
