Strandwolf in the streets!

Stupid Camera     Did'nt work, but aster we dropped little Kelvin off at the Daycare, situated at the old Mule Derby..... Michele spotted something running up the road behind the car..... a number of people were pulled off the road watching this strandwolf running up the street between the Cricket field and the mule derby and then cutting across the field of the hockey club, in all honesty in my 39 years in Omund this is the first one I have seen......

I could not get the camera to function in time, but below is a similar picture of the critter....

Must be the same one that tried to check into the airport a year or so ago. He walked into the departure hall, frightened the security guard that the guard made a departure never to be seen again! Was moer funny when I was told about it. Just goes to prove that our little town is very echo friendly>

Wierd enough!! But we had many sightings on the mine the past few months...(If we normally spot 1 a year, it's news.) Suppose with all the hostels in MA1 shut down, and OMC keeping the landfill pretty clean, these dudes are starving. I would suggest that PPL with (mops) for dogs, pack them away safely for the evenings!!!
