About Karma!

Trying to spice up the board , I have enabled the Karma function., "what does it do?", I hear you murmur?

In essence...

"Karma mode - Karma is a feature that shows the popularity of a member. Members, if allowed, can 'applaud' or 'smite' other members, which is how their popularity is calculated. "

So be nice to each other.....

I just gave you one Karma point Jnr...

The idea, is that if somebody posts something you approve of, you give them a Karma point, by clicking on the applaud button next to their profile picture , if you don't like what they posted, you deduct a point by smiting, the person....

Because we are flooded in here I was about to go through and tick all the Karma buttons!..................

Ha Ha! he has built in a one hour delay so you can only tick one Karma point I did yours Mike now will have to wait an hour crafty your son in law.........................................

You will be pleased to learn that since this you launched this innovative Karma points award scheme, I adopted the model as a motivational/thank you scheme for staff as an acknowledgement for a job well done. It works and the karma points being awarded to other stakeholders has caught on and is spreading throughout the business.
